F-1 VISA:

An F1 visa is a nonimmigrant visa for those who wants to study in the United States. If you
wish to attend a university or college, high school, private elementary school, seminary, conservatory,
language training program, or any other academic institution, you must file an F1 visa application in
order to enter the U.S.

K-1 VISA:

A K1 visa is a nonimmigrant visa for the foreign-citizen fiancé/fiancée of a U.S. citizen. It
permits the foreign- citizen fiancé/fiancée to travel to the United States and marry his or her sponsor
within 90 days of arrival.

R-1 VISA:

R-1 visa is a non-immigrant visa allowing foreign nationals to come to the United States
temporarily for employment by a non-profit religious organization in the U.S. as a minister, monk,
priest, rabbi, imam, or other religious worker.

E-2 VISA:

The E-2 nonimmigrant classification allows a citizen of a treaty country (a country with
which the United States maintains a treaty of commerce and navigation) to be admitted to the United
States when investing a substantial amount of capital in a U.S. business. Certain employees of such
a person or of a qualifying organization may also be eligible for this classification.

SPOUSAL VISA:

A U.S. citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident may file a petition for his or her
spouse to come to the United States and become a Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder).
Whether the spouse is already inside the United States through lawful admission or parole or is
outside the country, he or she can be filed for petition.

FAMILY IMMIGRATION

A U.S. Citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident may file a petition for his or her family member
to come to the United States and become a Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder). U.S.
Citizens can file an immigrant visa petition for their spouse, child, parent, or sibling. A Lawful
Permanent Resident can file an immigrant visa petition for their spouse or unmarried child.
